Clubhouse Rental Information
To rent the Club:
1. Email the Club at [email protected] and include the date, time,
# of guests and type of event you want to reserve.
2. Click on the tab under Clubhouse Rental to print the Rental Contract

Clubhouse & Pool Rental Fee Schedule
Rates are subject to change without notice
40 people Maximum Adult Function
25 people Maximum Teen Function
Club Members Clubhouse Only Clubhouse & Pool (Monday-Friday Only)
4 hrs $100 $150
8 hrs $150 $200
Non Member Fee(S): Add $100.00 to each of the above Member rates.
Pool rental to non members is on a limited basis
Rental Deposit: $200
Deposits will not be return unless the Club is cleaned and all surfaces and touch points sanitized.
Please bring your own cleaning supplies.
Your deposit will be forfeited (cashed) if anything is attached to the walls, ceiling, trim, windows, mantel, or ceiling fans.
Using any kind of adhesive, tape, command strips, nails, etc. is strictly prohibited.
